1. سياسة الإرجاع والتبديل لدينا مصممة لضمان رضا العملاء وفي الوقت نفسه الحفاظ على جودة منتجاتنا. نحن لا نسمح بالإستبدال، ولكننا نقبل الإرجاع في حالة تلف المنتج أثناء النقل بسبب عدم وجود تغليف آمن.

2. إذا تلقيت منتجًا تالفًا، يرجى الاتصال بفريق خدمة العملاء لدينا في غضون 24 ساعة من استلام العنصر لبدء عملية الإرجاع.

3. بمجرد التحقق من التلف وسبب الإرجاع، سنقدم لك ملصق إرجاع وتعليمات حول كيفية إرجاع العنصر إلينا.

4. عند استلام المنتج التالف، سنقوم بإصدار كوبون بقيمة المنتج الخاص بك ويمكنك الشراء من جديد .

Our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while also maintaining the quality of our products. We do not allow exchanges, but we do accept returns in the event that a product is broken during transfer due to lack of secure packaging. 

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the item to initiate the return process. 

Once we have verified the damage and the reason for the return, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send the item back to us. 

Upon receiving the damaged product, we will issue a refund to your original payment metho.
